I appreciate the fact that they have up security cameras and coded access to outside doors. I also like the scenery and easy access to stores and restaurants. I really like my new home. The increases included adding on Spectrum tv/internet bulk plan for the entire property at a very discounted rate, renter's insurance as well as our tenant benefit package. The tenant benefit package includes flex pay options, deposit alternative, positive credit reporting, rental rewards and home purchase incentives.
