|Recommended: YesMoving In Process — The ladies in the front were awesome and worked quickly to get me in I was welcomed upon my arrival w great positive energy and my unit is amazing
|Recommended: YesOverall A Pleasant Experience — I stayed at Caledon for 4 years total. I had no major complaints during my time there. There were times when maintenance was way behind on getting certain things done in my apartment, and there were times when the lights on the property or in my building would be out for months at a time. The staff was helpful overall when they were responsive. One major thing I think should be included for the property is more security. Between the two pools on the property, anyone could go there, there was no security measures in place to stop random visitors from coming and hanging out there. Besides that, I had a pleasant experience overall. Mostly quiet, relaxed place to live.
|Recommended: Yes3 Year Resident — Better management now that NOAH took over, before was terrible. Only complaint is the walls are thin so you hear a lot of noise.

|Recommended: NoAlot Of Difficulties For 3 Years — The complex has had multiple big issues in the passed 3 years of me living there. It’s a constant change in staff and management and it seems nobody wants to stay because it’s been a snowball affect of problems for a long time. I’ve dealt with way too many issues to want to stay any longer. Between mice in my apartment, the air systems being terrible, electricity costs running through the roof because the air doesn’t circulate properly, the paint peeling off of everything because they used cheap stuff to make it look “nice” for move in, we had no managers or maintenance on site for months in the beginning of this year, nobody answered our calls as they were forwarded. The garbage disposal was backed up INTO THE ROAD where we were driving. And in that time residents had guests who shot at their apartments for personal reasons right next to my building and management did nothing to check on any of us because there was no management on site for months. We were left abandoned and I’ll never forget it. And they’ve never compensated us for any of our troubles that we paid 1600 a month for. No apologies. Nothing. Hopefully they get their stuff together with this new management so people are safe.

|Recommended: NoChange For The Better — I have only lived at this property for one year and it’s been one year of pure hell, theft and nastiness… So therefore before I start rating you all with 5 stars I want to see some clear change. I was already disrespected by the property manager as she talked over me while someone else was trying to help me with the change in locks. You must give respect to get respect so let’s see how you all can make this experience better, because right now you get one star from me.
